Embarking on a journey through the bustling halls of NAIA Terminal 3? Don’t miss a chance to savor the authentic tastes of the Philippines right at Ka Tunying's Cafe. Nestled within the airport, this charming cafe offers a delightful escape with its menu brimming with traditional Filipino fare—a perfect way to fuel your travels.

At Ka Tunying's Cafe, you can indulge in an array of beloved Filipino dishes that truly represent the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines. For a hearty meal, be sure to try their Bulalo, a savory beef shank and bone marrow soup that warms the soul, or the classic Pancit that offers a delightful medley of flavors and textures. Those craving something a bit more unique can enjoy the Lumpiang Shanghai, crispy spring rolls bursting with flavorful fillings, paired perfectly with the fragrant Tinapa Rice, which is infused with smoked fish—each bite is a taste of home.

Customer experiences reflect a blend of flavors and thoughtful service. Mikhail Tiu praises the sizable portions, which make the slightly higher airport prices feel justified. While waiting may sometimes stretch to more than 30 minutes, as noted by Ness Journal, the rich flavors and satisfying dishes are worth the wait. Rodelio Soriano raves about the Arroz Caldo, a comforting rice porridge that promises to warm your heart on any travel day, while the superb customer service from staff member Neil adds a welcoming touch to your dining experience.

As you unwind in the cafe, keep in mind that the atmosphere is true to its bustling airport location—a tad warmer than you might envision for a Tagaytay-influenced space, but the vibrancy and excitement of travel surround you. Ka Tunying's Cafe stands as more than just a pit stop; it's a mini-journey into Filipino cuisine for those on the go. So, whether you're looking for a fulfilling meal before takeoff or a flavorful break during your travels, Ka Tunying's Cafe gives you a taste of the Philippines that you won't soon forget.

This place offers traditional Filipino food inside the airport so if you want to grab something Filipino food before heading to your destination, you can drop by this place. It is a bit pricey since it's inside the airport but the portions are big so it can be worth it. Menu has English characters and foreign credit card is accepted.

The food is good naman. We ordered Bulalo, Pancit, Lumpiang Shanghai and Tinapa Rice. Service: Staffs are helpful naman but our order took so long, like more than 30 minutes. Especially the dessert, it took us another 15 minutes before it was served to us. Atmosphere: If you are expecting na malamig, the answer is NO. Even if it is located in Tagaytay, it’s no. We went there on the month of May. Aircon is not cold enough as well. Literal na pagpapawisan ka pa din sa loob.

I had the pleasure of trying Ka Tunyings at NAIA Terminal 3 International Departure and it did not disappoint. The chicken Arroz caldo was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. Despite the wait for the tapsilog and longsilog due to the lack of rice, the wait was worth it as both dishes were tasty and filling. I want to give a special shoutout to Neil for being patient and accommodating in explaining to customers which items were not yet available. Overall, Ka Tunyings is a great spot to grab some delicious Filipino comfort food before your flight.
